Individual Lessons: You may cancel or reschedule an individual lesson by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of your lesson start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests received at least 24 hours before your scheduled session will be eligible for a full refund or a rescheduling at no extra cost.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule less than 24 hours before your lesson, or if you do not attend the lesson, the session will be charged and is non-refundable.
Teacher Absence: If your teacher needs to cancel a lesson, you are entitled to a free reschedule or a full refund for that session.
Packages: Lesson packages paid in advance are non-refundable once your first session has begun. If you have not yet attended any session from your package, cancellation can be considered for a refund upon request.
Group Classes: Payments for group classes are non-refundable once the course has started. If you must withdraw before the group course begins, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
All sales of digital products or downloadable learning material are final. Once you receive access or the files, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges, as these are considered delivered.
To request a refund, please contact us with your name, order or booking details, and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed in accordance with this policy. We aim to respond to refund requests within 3–5 business days.
